| When we went to Cranbrook Gardens last week, I took quite a few photos....This is painted from one of them....he was just so cute! I used gessoed paper for this...I love watercolor on gessoed paper. It kind of behaves like Yupo (a non-absorbant synthetic paper), but you have the added texture of how you applied the gesso..(I used a house painting brush...so you can see the lines of brush strokes) For anyone who wants to paint loose....this is something to try. |
