| When I woke up this morning....this isn’t at all what I was planning on painting today. I had a city scene all sketched out and one glaze down....(maybe that will be next week) ... I had a full sheet of preliminary washes for a landscape that has been sitting around for about 3 years....I loved the orange, peach and yellow color of it....but didn’t love the landscape anymore (after looking at it for 3 years) ...don’t know why, but I decided to cut it up....(I was working on 4 paintings simultaneously today)...This guardian angel just appeared on one of them :)...She is mixed media...fluid acrylics, casein, Prismacolor pencil, and transparent watercolor.... |
